We recommend not including delicate fabrics such as silk or expensive garments, as these require specialised care.
Ironing is performed at the homeowner’s own risk.
What happens if the cleaning is completed earlier?
If the cleaning tasks are completed earlier than the booked duration, the final charges will be calculated based on the applicable hourly rate for the actual cleaning duration.
For example:

If a 4-hour session finishes in 3.5 hours, the booking will fall under the 3-hour rate tier instead of the 4-hour rate.

Do your cleaners climb to clean ceiling fans or high areas?
For safety reasons, our cleaners do not climb on ladders or furniture to clean high fixtures.
Ceiling fans and high areas can be cleaned using a duster with a long extension.
Do you clean exterior windows?
No. Exterior window cleaning is not included in our home cleaning service for safety reasons.
Our cleaners can clean interior glass surfaces that are safely reachable.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
For weekly or fortnightly cleaning services, we aim to assign the same trusted cleaner whenever possible.
For one-time cleaning, the best available cleaner will be assigned.
How long should I book for cleaning?
Most homes require 3 to 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning appointment?
If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning time may be subject to full charges, as the cleaner has already reserved the time slot for your booking.
